1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as an affiliate partner on the Edman Partners Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not register or participate in the Edman Affiliate Programme.
2. Partner Eligibility & Account Creation
Partners must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete registration details (including full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and state of residence). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Referral Mechanism & Commission Structure
As an Edman Partner, you earn commission on verified school onboarding referrals:
- Commission Rate: You earn ₦50 per student per term across every term for the referred school's entire first academic year (up to 3 terms total, totaling ₦150 per student).
- Verification: Commissions are credited only when a referred school successfully registers and settles their Edman portal access fee.
4. Payout Terms & Schedule
Payouts are processed automatically at the conclusion of each academic term to your verified bank account. Partners are responsible for ensuring accurate banking information is supplied in their affiliate dashboard.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Partners shall not engage in fraudulent referral activity, including self-referrals, misleading promotional campaigns, spamming, or making unauthorized representation on behalf of Edman SMS.
6. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts found violating these terms. We may update these Terms of Service periodically by posting the revised version on the Platform.
